Description

BRETTENHAM DUX STREET 1. 5377 Tudor Lodge TL 95 SE 33/200 II 2. Probably originally a hall house with floors and chimney inserted in the C17. Renovated. A timber-framed and plastered building partly faced in brick. Roof pantiled, with a C17 ridge chimney stack with diagonal shafting. One storey and attics. Two sloping roofed dormers and one gabled dormer. Casement windows. The frame and ceiling beams are exposed on the interior. A modern addition on the north end has a gabled dormer.
