Description

Apple Trees is a timber-framed and plastered building that likely originated as a hall house in the 15th to 16th century, with the floor and chimney stacks added in the 17th century. The building has been restored and renovated. It features a central block with gabled cross wings at both the east and west ends and stands two storeys tall. The exterior includes modern casement windows and a modern central gabled porch. The roof is tiled and has a central square chimney stack. Inside, the roof displays smoke blackened timbers.
