Description

Spout Farmhouse is a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 16th to 17th centuries. It includes a cross wing at the east end. The roof is tiled and features a large ridge chimney stack. The main block is single-storey with attics, while the cross wing is two storeys high. Modern casement windows have been installed. Wings extend at the rear of the farmhouse.
