Description

Steps Farmhouse is a timber-framed and plastered building, likely dating from the 17th century. It features a wing that extends to the east at the south end. The farmhouse has been renovated and altered, including a modern wing added to the east, which is positioned at first storey level above the doorway and supported on posts. The roof is tiled and has one ridge chimney stack as well as one external stack at the south end. The building has two storeys, and the windows are a mix of double-hung sashes with glazing bars and casements.
