Description

The stables immediately south of The Old House date from the early 19th century. They resemble two lodges flanking the gateway to Mendham Lane. The building is constructed of painted brick and features low-pitched slate roofs. The gable ends facing the road each have a round-headed loft door, while the stable entrances are located on the garden side.
