Number 9 Exchange Street is a building from the early 18th century featuring plastered timber-framing and a pantile roof with gabled ends. It stands two storeys high and has two windows, which are three-light casements. The entrance is marked by a central fielded-panel door, and there is an end brick chimney stack. The building is currently in poor condition.
