Description
The left gatepier to Ketteringham Hall, located approximately 40 meters north of the Church of St. Peter, dates from the late 19th century. It is made of stone and stands about 4.5 meters high, featuring a tall crocketted pinnacle and gablets on its faces. The front face displays the Boileau arms in stone, while the rear is inscribed with the initials FGMB, which refer to Sir Francis Boileau, who died in 1900. This gatepier forms a pair with the adjacent gatepier and is included for its group value.
