Description

This is an 18th-century brick dovecote, originally belonging to Brooke Hall, which was demolished around 1950. The dovecote is square in plan and has a brick plinth. A door is located on the north side, with an overlight above it. A single two-light window is situated in the upper part of the west wall. It features a saw-tooth dentil eaves cornice. The roof is now covered with a flat lead sheet, but originally had a pyramidal tile roof.
