II

Former workhouse for Forehoe Hundred, then hospital, now boarding school. 1777. Brick with modern pantiled roofs. Projecting end-wings and a five bay central projection with a further three bay pedimented centre-piece. Two storeys and 21 bays. Former open arcade to ground floor, now glazed. Sash windows with glazing bars beneath segmental arches. Hipped roofs.
