Description

Laurel Cottage is a 17th century timber-frame house that has been divided into two dwellings. The exterior is plastered, and it features a steep gable-ended roof covered with modern interlocking tiles. The building is one storey high with an attic. Most of the windows are modern casements, but there is one wedge-shaped dormer that contains a 19th century, three-light casement window. An off-centre brick chimney stack is present, along with two modern doors. There are later single-storey additions at each end of the cottage.
