Description

12 and 14 Cock Street are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and have a pantiled roof. The buildings are two storeys high. No. 12 features a plank door, while No. 14 has a 20th-century glazed door. On the ground floor, there are three renewed casement windows set beneath segmental arches. The first floor also has three similar casement windows, but these are positioned under straight heads. A dentil eaves cornice runs along the top of the buildings. The roof is gabled and has an internal gable-end stack on the north side.
