Description

Park Farm Barn is an early 18th-century barn constructed with a weatherboarded timber frame set on a brick plinth, topped with a pan-tiled roof. The barn features eight bays and two midstreys that are symmetrically placed. Notable architectural details include jowled wall-posts with ogee mouldings on the jowls opposite the entrances, as well as arch-braced ties, collars, and two sets of butt-purlins made from heavy scantling that are well squared.
