Description

The outbuildings to Bracon Hall are former farm buildings dating from 1833, now serving as part dwelling, part garages, and part disused space. Constructed of brick with some stone dressings and black pantiled roofs, they are arranged in a symmetrical U plan, with the hall, which was previously joined, forming the east wing. The structure features square angle pavilions and one end pavilion, each topped with separate pyramidal roofs.

The main wing is two storeys high and has five bays, with a slightly projecting and taller pedimented central bay that includes two Diocletian windows, a stone string course, and stone cornices. The ground floor has three-centred arched openings, some of which are blocked, while the upper floor has small windows with cambered soffits, also with some blocked. The western side wing has semicircular headed ground floor openings and similar upper floor windows. The end pavilion includes 20th-century glazing. Stone cornices adorn the pavilions, and there are dentil cornices in other areas.
