This is a 17th-century cottage located immediately south of Day's Garage, currently occupied by Mr. Day. The building features a roughcast timber frame and a thatched roof with gabled ends. It has a central brick chimney stack and is arranged over two storeys with an attic. The windows are small modern casements, and there is a modern lean-to extension on the north side.
