Description

This is a 17th-century timber-frame house located on Bunwell Street in Carleton Rode. The house has been rendered, and it is covered by a steep pantile roof with gabled ends, extending over a long, single-story-and-attic range. Two modern, wedge-shaped dormers have been added to the roof. The windows are modern casements, and a modern gabled porch is situated off-centre. A brick chimney stack is also located off-centre. Inside, the house features a chamfered ceiling beam and exposed joists.
