Description

Tyne House is a 17th century timber-frame house that has undergone significant alterations. The ground floor is faced with modern brick, while the upper part is rendered. It features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and an off-centre rendered brick chimney stack. The house has one storey and attics, with modern casement windows that include glazing bars. There are three modern gabled dormers and a modern gabled porch located in front of the chimney stack. Inside, the house has stopped and chamfered ceiling beams.
