Description

This is a 17th-century timber-frame cottage located on the east side of Grove Road in Brockdish. Originally three cottages, it has been converted and considerably altered. The roof is steeply pitched and covered in pantiles, with gabled ends. A brick chimney stack is visible at the south end. The cottage is one storey high with an attic space, and features four modern, flat-roofed dormers. It has four modern casement windows with glazing bars. A doorway with a panelled door is on the left side, while a modern recessed doorway and a French window are on the right-hand corner.
