Description

Bourn House is a small house built around 1795, located on Brockdish Grove Road. It is constructed of red brick and features a black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends and a moulded eaves soffit. The house has two storeys and three bays, with sash windows that include glazing bars set in exposed casings. The ground floor windows are topped with flat rubbed brick arches. A central doorcase has a reeded architrave with a cornice and a panelled door. There is a brick stack at each end of the house.
