Description
Little Barn is a small 17th and 18th century timber-frame cottage located on Brockdish Grove Road. The cottage is roughcast and has a steep tiled roof with gabled ends. It is one storey high with an attic, featuring a window in the gable end. A central boarded door is flanked by casement windows with glazing bars. A gabled wing extends to the rear. Adjoining the cottage on its south side and fronting the street is a former outbuilding, now incorporated into the house. This section is also timber-frame and has a steep corrugated asbestos roof with modern casement windows. The building is included on the list for its group value.
