Description

Limetree Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-frame house that has been encased in red brick during the 19th century. The building has been re-roofed with black glazed pantiles and features gabled ends. There is an off-centre brick chimney stack. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has four widely spaced casement windows. The entrance, located in front of the off-centre chimney stack, has a panelled and glazed door, which is sheltered by a modern brick porch. Inside, the ceiling beams have ovolo moulded chamfers.
