Description

Nut Tree Farmhouse is a 17th century timber-framed house that has been encased in red brick from the late 19th century, with yellow brick dressings. It features a steep gable-ended roof covered with new pantiles. The building has two storeys and an attic, with attic windows located in the gable ends. There are three widely spaced three-light casement windows on the front. A late 19th century brick gabled porch is positioned off centre, and there is a brick stack also off centre. At the rear, there is an outshut. Inside, the farmhouse has chamfered beams.
