Description

This is a row of four terraced houses located on the south side of Sussex Street, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of red brick with a black pantile roof. Numbers 12 and 14 each have two bays, while number 16 has three. The front door is positioned off-centre, featuring fluted surrounds, an architrave, and a flat hood. A passage entry is located on the extreme right, incorporating a semi-circular arch. Numbers 12 and 14 have 20th-century casement windows with glazing bars. Number 16 has sash windows with glazing bars. The windows are set within flat rubbed brick arches.
