Description

This is a row of former houses, now offices, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of white brick with a slate roof and extends over three storeys, comprising eight bays plus a single-storey bay. Doors are present at numbers 9 and 13, each with plain surrounds and rectangular fanlights. The central door has a more elaborate eared and moulded surround, finished with a keystone. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, each set within a rubbed brick flat arch. A casement window with a segmental arch is found in the single-storey bay. The building is topped by a paired modillion cornice.
