Description

This building, originally of uncertain use and now converted into flats, dates primarily to the 16th century, with alterations from the 18th century and renovations in the 20th. The ground floor is constructed of flint with brick quoins and red brick infilling from the 19th and 20th centuries. The first floor is timber-framed. The roof is covered in pantiles. The building is two storeys high and features a jetty at the first-floor level. It has seven widely spaced first-floor windows. A carriage entry is located on the right-hand side, slightly off-centre. Access is also available from 20th-century extensions to the rear. Sash windows with glazing bars and simply moulded surrounds are found throughout. The eaves overhang the facade.
