Description

The Annesley Hotel is a house that has been converted into a hotel, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of yellow brick with a rendered plinth and features a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and is symmetrical with five first-floor windows. The end bays are defined by pilasters. A 20th-century glazed porch covers part-glazed double doors, which have an overlight with glazing bars and rendered pilasters. The tall windows have flat-headed sashes with glazing bars set under segmental gauged brick arches. There is also a 20th-century glazed passage on the right that connects to No. 8 Newmarket Road.
