Description

1 and 3 Eaton Street are an early 19th-century house. The building is rendered with rusticated quoins and has a pantile roof, topped by two yellow brick chimneys. It is two storeys high and symmetrical, with two windows to the first floor. The front door has six raised and fielded panels above a plain overlight, flanked by two pilasters with a plain cornice and a simple hood. The windows are large-paned sash windows with moulded architraves and keyblocks. Decorative bargeboards with finials adorn each gable. Number 3 has a similar doorway to the left side elevation and a 20th-century brick lean-to extension to the left.
