Description
Park House is a house dated 1849, constructed of red brick with gault brick dressings. It features plain-tiled roofs with crested ridges and has a double pile 'M' roof. The building stands two storeys tall and is adorned with crow-stepped gables that have moulded finials, along with paired terracotta chimney shafts topped with castellated caps. The windows are two and three light mullioned types, equipped with drip moulds and patterned glazing bars. The eaves are moulded and dentilled.
On the north facade, there is a central two-storey entrance bay that includes a crow-stepped gable and finial. The entrance consists of a part-glazed door and fanlight set beneath a four-centred rubbed brick arch. To the left of the entrance bay, there is a large external chimney stack with twin shafts. Additionally, there is a one-storey gabled block to the west and a canted bay window with a pierced brick parapet on the east gable.
