Description
Gordon House is a row of cottages located on Binham Front Street, dating from around 1800. The buildings are constructed of flint and random brick rubble, topped with a black and red pantile roof. They are two storeys high, featuring three sash windows with glazing bars on the ground floor and six sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor.
Number 19 has a four-panelled door, while number 21 features a door with two glazed lights. Number 23 has a door from around 1800, adorned with pilasters, brackets, and dentils. The cottages have panelled reveals and a raised and fielded six-panel door, with the uppermost lights glazed. A whitewashed brick dentil cornice, end quoins, and parapets add to their architectural detail. There are two end stacks and two party wall stacks, and the buildings were originally rendered.
