Description

A group of cottages, dating back to the 17th century with later alterations, stands on Front Street in Binham. Originally known as Chapel Yard, the cottages are constructed of flint with brick dressings, and have pantile roofs. The two main ranges are joined at a right angle, with a west-facing gable end to the street. A projecting gable end is visible on the north front to the left. The north front has four windows, the right-hand one being blocked. Upper-floor windows are 2-light wooden casements. Ground-floor windows have cambered heads. Two plain wooden doors are set under cambered heads. Brick stacks are present.
