Farmhouse. c.1800. Red brick, black glazed pantiles. 2 storey 3 bay house with 2 bay returns. Symmetrical four square block in the Leicester estate Samuel Wyattesque neo-classical style. Ground floor 2 tripartite sashes with glazing bars and central 6 panelled door with margin lights with glazing bars and simple fanlight. Segmental arched rubbed brick recesses above filled with header bond brick. First floor 3 sashes with glazing bars under cambered rubbed brick arches. Moulded gault brick dentil eaves cornice. Shallow pitched roof with 2 stacks. South return with 2 ground and 2 first floor sashes with glazing bars under rubbed brick arch. North return 3 bays 2 ground and 2 first floor sashes with glazing barn under arches. Central 6 part fielded door under pentice with cast iron brackets and segmental brick arched recess. Rear 2 storey service wing with single storey gabled wing at right angles and single storey wing continued on axis, all red brick and pantiled with some cast iron casement windows.
