The building has a lobby entrance plan and is two storeys high with an attic. The south front includes a later 17th-century gabled three-storey stair wing aligned with a central stack. The ground floor and first floor have casement windows, all of which are from the 20th century, with two windows on either side of the stair turret. The turret also has two windows and an attic moulded brick mullioned window, along with 20th-century dormers. The west gable has a later 17th-century brick stair tower, and there is a single-storey addition to the east.
On the north entrance front, the ground floor features two sash windows with glazing bars and two wooden mullioned windows on either side. The first floor has three casements and two 20th-century dormers, along with a 20th-century porch wing. The building has brick kneelers and parapets, with central end stacks that have external breasts and single octagonal shafts. Inside, there are chamfered spine beams on the ground floor, along with some surviving collars and wind braces in the roof.
