The construction is flint with brick dressings, notable for additional brick courses above the first-floor windows. The roof is red pantiled and steeply pitched, featuring coped gable ends with stacks. The building has two storeys and originally had two ground-floor and three first-floor windows, now containing 20th-century casements. A central boarded door is sheltered by a 20th-century porch. A brick dentil eaves cornice runs along the top of the house. A rear outshut is also present.
