Description
White House Cottage is a house that consists of two builds, with the ground floor dating back to the 17th century. The structure features a flint exterior with brick dressings on the ground floor, while the first floor is made of brick, topped with a red pantiled roof. Facing the road, there are two windows and a door on the ground floor, along with three windows on the first floor, all of which are 20th-century casements with glazing bars. The cottage has a stack on the ridge of the former north gable end, and there is a further gable to the north with brick tumbling. The south gable has a single 20th-century stack, two blocked attic windows, diaper patterns in the gable, brick quoins, and a parapet. The ground floor features spine beams.
