Description

The Lane is a house with a 17th-century ground floor and a 20th-century first floor. The front is finished with cement render, while the rear and the north side feature a combination of brick and flint. It has a red pantiled roof. The building includes two 19th-century plate glass sash windows and a central 19th-century door. The ground floor has central spine beams in both rooms, which are stop-chamfered with moulded stops. In one of the rooms, the exposed joists have simple moulded edges.
