Description

The building is a barn located 15 metres north-west of the Red House, dating from the mid-to-late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and has a red pantiled roof. The barn is two storeys high and features a gabled front with a two-storey segmental-headed arch that encloses an open ground floor supported by central wooden posts and a lintel. Above this, there is an open segmental window with a brick arch. The gable has brick tumbling-in, and there is a dentil eaves cornice on the returns. On the first floor, there is a single casement window on both the east and west returns. This barn is included for its group value with the Red House.
