Description
A row of memorial stones is located between 3 and 5 meters south of the nave of the Church of St. Edmund. The row includes three headstones.
The first headstone, from the early 18th century, is made of limestone and features a rectangular shape with foliate cartouches surrounding an illegible inscription panel.
The second headstone, dating to the mid-18th century, is also limestone. It has a pair of Corinthian columns that support an entablature and enclose a bowed circular inscription panel, which is illegible. The design includes a leaf trail in the spandrels and a coved set-back top, below which is a relief carving of a woman with long hair reclining on a skull.
The third headstone, from the early 18th century, is made of limestone and has a rectangular shape with a lugged and swept-up oval inscription panel within a laurel wreath. This is topped by a central winged cherub, flanked by grape and fruit swags.
