House, now offices. Late C16 and later. Timber-framed core, now substantially brick. Roof plain tiled to front, pantiled to rear. Ground floor rebuilt in C19, first floor rendered and colourwashed. One Venetian window to ground, to left of C20 panelled door. First floor with one horned sash with glazing bars. Gabled roof. One sloping dormer with sash. Roof continuous with No 6. Internal gable-end stack to south. C20 cross wing to rear, rendered and colourwashed. One late C20 casement each floor to main wall right of cross wing. Arch to passageway to front set to right between Nos 4 and 6 (qv). INTERIOR. Ground floor opened out. One large bridging beam with a scarf joint. Chamfered bressumer over main fireplace with roll mouldings. C20 studwork to front wall. This house divided from 6 in early C18.
