Description

This is a headstone memorial to Christopher Hudson, located 2.5 metres north of the cross in the churchyard of St. Margaret. It dates from 1709 and is made of limestone. The headstone is square in shape with lugged shoulders on each side of a central segmental arch. Above the inscription panel, there are carvings of a skull and crossbones along with foliage scrolls.
