Description

Pentney House is an 18th-century house located in Burnham Market on the south side of Market Place. The building features whitewashed render and a red pantiled roof. It stands two storeys high and has three bays, with two sash windows on both the ground and first floors, each adorned with margin light glazing bars. The central door is framed by a wooden architrave, which is supported by brackets and topped with a pedimented canopy. The house also has a brick dentil eaves cornice and brick coped gables with end stacks. An attached building to the west, formerly occupied by Arthur Howell, Butchers, is not of special interest.
