Description
This is a headstone dedicated to Robert Scothill, located 11 meters south of the chancel of the Church of St. John. It dates from 1726 and is made of limestone. The headstone has a rectangular shape with a coved segmental set-back top. It features a pair of Ionic columns that frame a raised square inscription panel. Above the inscription, there are two cherub heads set against a low relief foliate background.
