Cottage. c.1800. Flint rubble with brick headers forming chequerwork, flint rubble with clunch and brick dressed gables, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Ground floor at east has tripartite cross window casement, central sash in place of door, west shop window with glazing bars, all under brick skew back arches. 2 first floor 3-light casements. Brick dressings, brick quoins. Moulded dentil eaves cornice, over windows continued as wooden dentil eaves lintels. 2 end gable stacks. Cast iron railings with central. wicket gate attached. Included for group value.
