Description

Church Hill Farm is a farmhouse dating from the mid-to-late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a black smut pantiled roof. The main facade is two storeys and three bays wide, with a two-storey wing extending to the southwest. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, set in white-painted reveals, each with a flat brick arched lintel. A central porch features two columns, two answering pilasters, a flat roof, and a six-panel part-glazed door. A brick dentil eaves cornice runs along the top of the facade. The east and west returns are of clunch with brick dressings, and have coped end gables with stacks.
