Description
Warlaby Nook Farm is a farmhouse dating from the early to mid 18th century. It is constructed of red brick in stretcher bond and features a 20th-century pantile roof. The building has two storeys and five bays. There are two steps leading up to a central glazed 20th-century door that has an overlight and a flat brick arch above it. All the windows are sashes with glazing bars, also topped with flat brick arches. The first floor has a double band and the eaves are stepped. The roof has stone coping, with chimney stacks at both ends and one along the ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
