Description
Potlocks Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of red brick, featuring brick dressings and stone quoins. The roof is covered with red tiles and has brick gable stacks, along with a sawtooth eaves band. The building has two storeys and three bays.
At the center, there is a mid-19th century brick gabled porch that has a segment-headed arch above a glazed panelled door. On either side of the porch, there are three-light casement windows with segment heads, and above them, there are three similar windows, with the ones on either side having glazing bar casements.
Inside, the farmhouse includes chamfered beams, one inglenook fireplace, and a central staircase with stick balusters.
