Description
Number 2 and the attached warehouse in Great Yarmouth is a house with an adjoining warehouse, dating from the mid-17th century and altered in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a roof made of plain tiles and pantiles. The building stands two storeys high and has a two-window range. The ground floor is rendered and colourwashed, with all openings blocked. On the first floor, there are two 2/2 horned sash windows. The roof is a mansard style, with plain tiles on the lower slope. The warehouse extends to the north-east along Row 71 and was reduced to one storey in the late 19th century, now featuring a flat felt roof and lap-glazed windows. The main door has re-used jambs with double ovolo mouldings and barred tongue stops. The interior has not been inspected.
