Description

This is a late 18th-century building located on Mill Row in Aylsham. It is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof and features two storeys and an attic. The facade has four modern casement windows at the first floor level, and three plain brick pilasters. A moulded eaves course and plinth are also visible. On the ground floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, and an entrance door on the left-hand side, both with rubbed brick arches above. Two gabled dormers with casements containing leaded lights are present in the roof. A central chimney stack rises from the roof. A two-storey gabled wing extends from the south-west corner. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding buildings.
