Description

The service range and estate office, dated 1797, is attached to the east end of Heydon Hall and located immediately south of another structure. It is built of red brick and features a hipped pantile roof, standing two storeys tall. The north wall has been significantly altered and includes a five-window range with three blind openings on the first floor. The ground floor has sash windows with glazing bars and two doorways, while both ground and first floor openings have ventilation slats. There are two ridge stacks on the roof.

On the east wall, there is a large semicircular-headed recess filled with weatherboarding. The south facade displays three unevenly spaced windows, which are 4-light hollow-chamfered mullion windows. The ground floor windows are adorned with transoms and pediments. To the east, there is a projection featuring a stepped gable and a 2-light upper window. The link to the hall includes three 3-light mullion and transom windows with pediments, topped by a brick parapet that has pierced stone panels above the windows.
