3/31 Service range attached to east end of Heydon Hall and immediately south of Item 3/32
GV II
Service range and estate office. Dated 1797. Red brick with hipped pantile roof. Two storeys. North wall much altered: 5 window range, three blind first floor openings. Ground floor sash with glazing bars, 2 doorways. Ground floor and first floor openings with ventilation slats. Two ridge stacks. In the east wall, a large semicircular-headed recess with weather- boarded infill. South facade has a range of three windows, unevenly-spaced with 4-light hollow-chamfered mullion windows. Ground floor windows have transoms and pediments. To the east, a projection with stepped gable and 2-light upper window. Link to hall: three 3-light mullion and transom windows with pediments; brick parapet with pierced stone panels above windows.
