Description

The Pump House, Pump and Fence is a village pump from the late 19th century, constructed of painted timber and topped with a plain tile roof. It features a rectangular hipped roof with a clock tower, which is supported by four timber columns with straight braces and stone bases. Centrally located under the canopy is a cast iron pump set within a timber obelisk that has cusped and panelled sides. The pump area is enclosed on all four sides by a painted timber lattice fence, which has pyramidal finials atop oak fence posts.
