Description
The forecourt walls, gates, and railings at Coltishall Primary School were likely built around 1875. They are made of flint and gault brick, along with cast iron. The walls extend to the south on either side of the southern forecourt, which is enclosed by railings and two additional sets of gates. The walls feature flint construction topped with hogs back brick coping. The railings are decorated with cusped Gothic cast iron designs beneath the top rail. The gate posts are fluted and topped with cylindrical caps. This structure is included for its group value with the Old School House.
