Description

The Baptist Church, built in 1826, includes a School Room added in 1884. It features a combination of rendered and ashlar patterned brickwork, red brick, and pantiles. The church is a single-story building with an internal gallery on three sides. The facade has three bays, with sash windows that include glazing bars, and a moulded render architrave and keystone. The entrance has a timber doorcase supported by fluted pilasters and topped with an entablature. The roof is hipped. The School Room also has sash windows with glazing bars and a gable chimney located at the right-hand end. The interior fittings remain intact.
